The choked, post-Corporation Wars city of Darke Prospect is ruled with an iron grip by the ruthless Charles Darke, head of the conglomerate which owns this hive of misery, crime and exploitation. Darke craves control above all else, and is prepared to do anything and use anyone to maintain it.
